This workshop runs over 2 days from 9am to 3pm on 2nd and 3rd December.
It is aimed at teaching Python coding from beginner through to full Object-Oriented event-driven coding including GUI applications and coding for autonomous bots. This is not a syllabus or curriculum PD but purely to give teachers technical coding skills.
Even if you are not using Python in your school, the coding concepts are transferable to any language and you will also have a second option going into the future if you ever decide to use Python.
The workshop will cover not only coding but the tools/libraries used and how to install and configure your coding environment (including working within restrictions of proxy servers etc).
Course work, sample code and software are provided.
