Maddie Panther, is a young professional on a mission to empower generation Z, showing them how they can embrace opportunities and find their authentic selves. After being diagnosed with cancer at 18, Maddie came out and into remission with a passion for mindset and personal development to ensure she made the most out of every day. After flipping her perspective on life, Maddie added a second degree onto her university studies, became the fittest she had ever been and approached life with a completely new outlook. Now as a 24-year-old, Maddie has the pleasure of working with young people across the country to inspire the next generation unlock their full potential.
The future of work and emerging trends in industry
Our world is changing faster now than it ever has before. With globalised teams, mass technology adoption, and shifting trends, it’s easy to be overwhelmed and feeling uncertain about what our future might entail. In this presentation, we will unpack some of the trends we’re noticing in the workforce of the future and the exciting opportunities available for young people making a start on their chosen pathway today.
Financial members of the Association may nominate for Board positions.
