Following the popular event of 2019; the annual Technology in the Tropics Conference returns for 2021 after a Covid hiatus year.
QSITE (Far North Queensland Chapter) once again promises a not-to-be-missed professional development opportunity for FNQ educators. This pupil free day program will provide vital information on current and focused activities in schools and provide stimulating workshops presented by a talented range of speakers. The new Digital Technologies Syllabus will again be highlighted. New technologies and methodologies displayed.
Presentations and workshops from local and national presenters will cover a range of relevant topics and activities.
The event will once again include a boutique Trade Fair and the very famous (and free) Data#3 Cocktail Party.
School registrations will be invoiced for all staff registered one week before the conference date.
* QSITE Members: $140 (Max. of 3 delegates per Institutional membership @ member rates)
* Non-QSITE Members: $190
Registrations not connected with a school need to purchase a ticket for the respective category, and then QSITE FNQ will send an invoice to you for payment.
* Pre-service University Student $80
Costs: (N.B.) QSITE- FNQ is not registered for GST and is a sub-entity of QSITE. There is No GST in this amount.
