Use the Micro:bit’s temperature sensor to log and visualise temperature data. Great for indoor and outdoor readings or comparing body or environmental temperatures.
STEM Links
Science: Temperature changes, thermodynamics
Maths: Data logging, graphs, mean/median/mode
Technology: sensors, file writing (with Python or Block code), live display.
Who should attend?
This free workshop is suitable for teachers of Upper Primary to Secondary students.
No prior Python or Block coding knowledge is needed for this workshop. There will be a dual screen set-up with worked example of an activity in both Python and Block Coding.
