Provide an explanation of the objectives of the syllabus that reflect exit standards of digital citizenship and 21st century learning. Participating as a digital citizen involves the capability of problem solving in an environment of rapid change. The intention of the syllabus is to provide a measure of fluency across Information Technology Systems demonstrated in students Knowledge and Understanding, Design and Development(the journey),and the Implementation and Evaluation(the final digital product or service).
