In 2010, St Margaret Mary's College established its own Google domain to implement the Google Apps for Education suite. This session will provide an overview of some of the ways in which our teachers have begun to enhance teaching and learning through the use of apps such as Google Docs and Google Sites. A focus of the session will be discussion of two Year 8 cross-curriculum projects: "Virtual Zoo" (endangered animals) and "Creek to Coral" (catchment issues and the impact on marine life) and the showcasing of sample student work in these projects.
