A lot of schools want to implement ICT and 1:1 programs, but how can you know what is right for your school? Leading change is something leaders are faced with frequently as new technologies, contemporary pedagogies and learning spaces evolve. There has been much movement within ICT and as leaders there is an ever growing need to think about ways to bring people along. Raymond and Tarryn will workshop some strategies and pedagogical models that will enable you to categorise and articulate where you are at and what kinds of changes you want to see. The notion of Thought Leadership will be explored as a means of thinking ahead.
