The new Learning Place website was launched in January 2011, delivering a new experience for discovering, organising and sharing digtal resources, a range of professional networking tools and personalised experiences in a single sign-on environment.

During 2011 new features are being added including new customisable Student Spaces, media sharing and collaborative authoring spaces for students and staff.

In this workshop participants will explore the Learning Place's new eLearning spaces, digital resources and pedagogies and how they are used to engage learners and enhance learning.

The Learning Place is available to all Queensland state schools and, through the Learning Place Affiliates program, to non-government schools and university education faculties in Queensland.
